DG, the kangaroo was hopping around shortly before the picture was taken, but he might have died right there in front of us. I choose to think of him as having moved on to a better place.
Anne, We missed the raven display. Were they in the nocturnal exhibit? We couldn't go in there because Beth kept gagging because of the smell.
No, the raven display was outside. One of the first exhibits you'd see after coming out of the bat cave that you (fortunately) could not go in. Maybe next time.
I just took Corine to the Great Lakes Aquarium. We liked that WAY better than the zoo. Of course, that's not saying much.
What do you mean, not that great? Didn't you check out the Ravens on display?
